This is usually a firmware issue. Perofrming a partial clean and installing new firmware via USB stick should correct issue.
Disconnect printer's USB/network connection. Power off.
To enter Pre-boot, power up, when the three LED go on together (after about 30-45 seconds) press the STOP key, you will enter Preboot menu.
Use 3 and 9 to navigate up and down, 6 to select, 5 to go back.
Go to Administrator, then Clean disk to clear all the disk.
Install firmware USB. Then select Download and Thumb drive, the firmware should be visible, navigate to it and select it (6).
Once complete, press 5 to go back until you are at the main menu, remove the thumb drive and press Continue, the printer will reboot

Not sure about downgrading the firmware. You will need to verify with HP.
All the stages? Were you able to enter the printer's preboot menu and execute a partial clean? Were you able to load the firmware from USB? New firmware version is: FutureSmart Bundle Version 3.9.12 - HP LaserJet M4555 Series Printer FIRMWARE. If you can, please provide specific details on the partial clean and USB firmware install. If you completed the partial clean and USB load process and you still have the same Initializing screen as before, you may have a formatter or hard drive problem. Power off printer. Remove printer power/USB/Fax network cables. Remove printer formatter board (Board where USB/network cables are inserted. Just two screws. Slides out easy.) Reconnect power cable. With formatter board removed, power up printer. You should hear engine noise, but printer display will be off. Leave on for 5 minutes. Power off. Remove power cable. Install forammter. Reconnect power. Power on. Forward the results.

Test the printer without any input cables. Power off printer. Remove power cord for 10 minutes. Again, disconnect USB/network/fax cables. Reconnect power cable. Power on. Does printer boot to ready? Is control panel responsive? If so, navigate to Administrative Menu, Reports, and print configuration page. Was print successful? Make 10 copies . Were copies successful. For one hour, repeat the same tests several times. If printer operates successfully as a stand-alone printer, problem may be related to the print job you are sending. Reconect USB/network cable. Also, check print driver. If print driver port is a WSD port, change port to the the printer's actual IP address. Printer's IP address will be on configuration page.

The control panel is responsive .
But when i click on the icon ( Maintenance Device . Administration or fax ) the printer becomes freezing
The green light in the middle is the one that lights up
Reminder: the printer is only user for copying and scanning. Not connected via USB cable or Network

Thanks for your replies. Power off. Remove the formatter board. Power up printer without formatter board. On the rear of printer, there is a large vent area. On the left side of this vent, in the middle, is an access hole. With the power on and formatter removed. insert a non-metallic object into the hole. This should press a button and print an engine test. If engine test is successful, you probably have a defective formatter. If formatter has any memory Dimms installed, you want to order new memory too. Good luck. I have no further advice.

I suggest that you go back to the preboot menu and run the diagnostics to see if any of the major components have a problem. Downgrading firmware is usually not a problem but occasionally a component upgrade such as DC Controller is not reversible and might have detrimental effects with the older firmware. It is highly unlikely that you would damage a component in the printer doing so, I would try that if the diagnostics shows no problems.
