Product: Hp photo smart 5520

I have a hp photosmart 5520. Was working great but I moved it into my daughters room to connect to her school computer and I cannot get it to work well. It sometime prints dark but mostly prints super light and barely can see it at all. I even tried printing some of the staff music pages and they were too light to use so I have to search online for free pages to print. I was able to get 1 of like 20 to print dark enough. Please help, she even just tried printing a document she got from her teacher but the most I could get it to do was faint gray. I even tried printing it to pdf first and then printing but it was even lighter then.
