HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

Hello, 

 

I get lines when I print. The ink levels are fine, I use genuine ink from HP instant ink service. When I print diagnostics, It looks fine. But when I print or even just copy, I get these printer lines. see pictures below, they are supposed to be solid colours. the one with tighter lines is printed with "best" quality and the one at the back is normal quality. 

 

I've tried different devices. Reinstalling drivers and all other troubleshooting I can.

It's not the newest of printers but its not been used excessively and it should work fine so I don't want to replace it.

It happens with all colours and black also. 

 

Any suggestions or is the printer just past its best?
