Hello I need some advice and what to do to stop my printer from printing a darker black line through my images that are black. I've tried regular paper and sticker paper I'm intending to use and also have adjusted the quality and enhancements. I will try an attach a photo of what I'm talking about with this message.

Hi @ShelbyC2020

I'd be happy to assist you with the  "print quality" issue.

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page-

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

  3. Open the Reports or Tools menu.

  4. Touch Print Quality Report.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

For question one yes I used another printer and printed the same image and then copied it using the printer with an issue and it still came out with the lines.
for question two I'm needing to use cricut design space on an iPad. I did try and print the image from my photo library on iPhone and the lines still appeared.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
