Hello, I bought a brand new printhead and successfully installed it, but now there are white lines through some of the black letters. I have tried troubleshooting, by turning the printer on and off, cleaning the printhead, aligning it, but the lines are still there.

 

It's also interesting that when I replaced the printhead, I was told the cyan and black cartridges needed replacing though I had plenty of ink left before replacing the printhead, but I replaced those as well.

 

Not sure what else to do.
