Product: HP 7740 Office Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I was able to load the 11 X 17 paper but as we know the door does not close entirely. Understand this is normal but the display indicates the tray 2 is empty or open. Printing will not take place.
What to do?

Hi,
Indeed, the tray should be expended to load A3 paper.
Try following the steps below to load the paper and check if that may help,
Shlomi

- Pull out the input tray.
- Open the tray extension cover.
- To load large-size paper, press the tray extension button, and then extend the tray to the desired paper size.
- Slide out the paper-width guides as far as possible.
