Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

We have a newer HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283fdw printer and are receiving "low memory, print job cancelled" errors when our student is trying to print a 1.1MB file for school project. Diagnostics configuration report states total memory is 256 MBytes and available memory is 104.56 MBytes... we do not fax from this printer.

Two questions:
1. How do you clear printer memory? 
2. Shouldn't we be able to print a google slides project?

Cannot find any help articles on this...

HP Recommended

We have tried the options we found when googling...
1. print one page at a time = same error message
2. did a hard reboot to factory settings on the printer, reconnected to network = same error message
