My toner printer is having this issues, I don't know if it's normal cause I had a few years ago the older version of this printer and didn't have this issues before, the printer prints like 4 pages, stop and print another few, the stop again, and if I'm printing large documents is always a long wait, when it takes it's little precious time. There is a setting or is an issues?

Follow these steps to fix the issue:-
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.

Hi, I try today your solution, still didn't work, there is a link to the video, I don't know how to share it better. But still do the same, took over a minute, just to print 10 pages.

Hi @oyolajm,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you are experiencing slow printing with your M140we printer, there are several things you can try to improve its performance.
- Check your printer settings: Make sure that your printer is set to print in the correct mode (e.g., normal or draft) and that it is not set to print in high quality or high resolution, which can slow down the printing process.
- Update your printer driver: Check if there are any updates available for your printer driver and install them if necessary. An outdated or corrupt printer driver can cause slow printing.
- Reduce the size of the print job: If you are printing large files or images, try reducing their size or resolution. This can significantly speed up the printing process.
- Check your connectivity: If you are printing wirelessly, check your Wi-Fi signal strength and stability. A weak or unstable connection can cause slow printing.
- Check your printer's memory: If your printer is low on memory, it may slow down when processing print jobs. Consider adding more memory to your printer or reducing the size of the print jobs.
- Clean your printer: Over time, dust and debris can build up inside your printer, which can cause it to slow down. Clean your printer regularly to keep it running smoothly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I already did that, reinstall the drivers and the HP software for printing. The printer is basically new, and have been acting since the beginning. Memory is good, connection is good, the settings are in normal mode and never have been touch I always print in the default mode. I think the printer is just bad from factory.

Missing, corrupted, or outdated drivers
One cartridge cannot handle the printing load
The printer is connected to a shared network
Overloaded printer server
Faulty connections or USB cable is not working properly
Bad printer configurations
Paper jam or no ink/toner
Issues in HP ink or toner cartridges

Diana

I just reinstall the drivers, they are updated, the toner is a new HP OEM cartridge, the paper isn't jam, cause is printing, just super slow. There is a link with a video of how works. The printer is a home printer isn't connected to any busy network. The configuration is the default configuration, I didn't change nothing. There's no way to troubleshoot remotely the printer?
