HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw

I recently installed a new black cartridge in my LaserJet Pro M148dw. From the first day I installed the new cartridge, the printer has been showing that the supply is very low and it still shows that error. The cartridge is an HP cartridge. 

 

The Supplies Status report correctly shows that the cartridge was installed on 20230326 and that I've printed 135 pages. However, the progress bar is empty, shows an exclamation point, and the Supply Level shows Very Low. 

 

I've updated the firmware on the printer to 20220414 (which appears to be the latest), I've unplugged/waited/replugged, removed and replaced the cartridge, and all of the other basic troubleshooting tasks I could think of. 

 

Can anyone provide any insight?
