Printer will not load any paper from tray 2, the main tray I have been using for a long time. I can only print from tray 1 that is made really for envelopes and such and very inconvenient. I notice that the tray does not seem to bring the paper all the way up so that the roller can catch the paper to feed it to print. I am probably using the wrong terminology but its the best way I can describe it. I tried to go through HP's process for support but can never get a phone number or anything when I enter the serial number and product number. Anything would help or I think this is my last HP product 😞
