The front display & touch screen is black / dead on our printer and we can't connect to it with either wire or Wi-Fi.
When turning on the printer the on/off button lights up and the printer starts up with sounds like it's getting ready, but I can't connect to it. I have tried to reset it by having it on and then disconnected the power cord, left it over night and then connected again but the same issue appears. Any tips what to try?

Try an engine test. Make sure there is paper in tray 2, power on and wait for it to warm up, roughly 2-3 minutes. Then open and close the cartridge door, I believe 4 times on this model. Try 5 if 4 does not work and a page should be printed with colored horizontal lines. If that prints then likely the formatter is bad and would require replacement. If the engine test does not print then the power supply or DC controller has likely failed.
