Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

M281fdw  hangs on startup. After I power up the initial screen freezes with the white bar halfway. I have tried unplugging, etc.

I understand that your printer hangs on startup, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
