Product: LaserJet M402dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a M402dn that is stuck on initialization with both the ready and the error lights blinking.  I have tried factory reset, cold reset, firmware updating and neither of the resets had any effect and the firmware update would not even start up.  the printer screen just keeps going back to "initializing". it makes no sounds, nothing rotates or moves when initial powering on.
