My printer worked fine until about 10 days ago. Now, my laptop doesn't recognize it. The hardware property on the device manager says it's working fine> The HP doctor says it's working fine, though it won't print a test page. The printer itself has the following error message 49-50-03. But it's persistent. I can turn it off/on, it will remain. I have reinstalled the drivers. The report for the configuration setting say "Enable print from USB drive - unavailable" and I can't change that. Help?

Reload the firmware:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-enterprise-m607-series/9364918.
There is a Readme file attached to firmware. Readme file has upgrade instructions. instructions are at the end of document. There are two Future Smart F/W version listed. The PreBoot upgrade option will probably work best for you.
