Product: HP OFFICE JET 6962
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have replaced my magenta ink cartridge twice and it still will not print onto paper.  I have cleaned it multiple times and ran test to see why Magenta is showing as full but will not print on any form of paper.  I have never had this problem before and I have now purchased two separate ink cartridges and nothing is working!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
