Product: MFG mood HP officeJet 4650 & printer failure 0x61000071
Operating System: Other

 Hello, 

I need help my printer (HP OfficeJet 4650) stocked at MFG mode and won’t work anymore, also, when I tried to shot down the printer it showed “Printer Failure 0x61000071”

Please help me how to fix that.
