Now, Cannot Print Envelopes as prior. In Envelope Mode ... Send To Address does Not show Unless I hi-light the Send To Address On the letter.

Return Address shows.

HP Print-Scan Doctor States All OK

Print envelope ... gives Printer Display Screen Error: Load Tray 1. Envelope, Env #10.... Or Press [OK] to use available media .... So Tray 1 Does Not know envelope is inserted.

Un-Plugged power for 90 seconds = No change

EDIT 3/22/22.... I now DO think THIS is a WORD issue ...Found an HP Sppt # that answered and all they had me do was verify in Printer Screen System Setup that under Tray 1 that All Sizes and Types of Paper were chk'd. Blamed WORD on inability to see Send To Address & THAT is likely True..

Unlike prior attempt I NOW find that IF I Hi-light the Address on the letter to Copy-Paste into Envelope Print Block that the Address shows AND Prints correctly - No yellow triangle today. A TEMP FIX til something changes in WORD '16........

 

In Envelope Tab/Options I tried All Feed From Sources (Printer Auto-Select, Auto Select, Manual Feed, Tray 1, Default Tray9manual Feed)...

OK Print either causes Send To to appear in Top Center of Envelope or Prints on paper, Not envelope.

My Driver Ver is 8.0.1329.6503 (2019) AND -- HP Remote Access Sppt -- LEFT IT as That after helping with an issue. All Updates are Ver 44. and HP Did Not Pursue those.

Firmware is 12-20-21-appears to be latest... Win 10 Pro 21H2 --  March CU inst'd ......

You cannot be from Earth and understand HP Driver Updates - so many variations and confusing "implied's"....

 With Ext Warranty HP Sppt Does Not Exist at present - Phones Not Avail, Chat is AI and a Waste, and Get a Case # is "Down" per today's attempt.

Any suggestions appreciated.
