As I said, reboot the printer, when the "1/8" appears under the HP logo, quickly touch the screen. If doing that promptly you will gain access to the pre-boot menu of the printer.
In there, it's under Administation -> Partial Clean.
Then go back, and select Continue.
Printer will restart again.

Hi BasKonst,
Try doing a partial clean first and if that fails a format disk.
Format disk will require to reload the firmware again, so download it in a USB thumbdrive FAT32 formatted.
You can access these procedures by entering the pre-boot menu by touching the screen when the "1/8" appears under the HP logo when you boot the printer.
