I need help! I have an HP Color Laserjet MFP m182nw. I never had issues with it until I dared to replace the toner cartridges. All four, brand new, HP brand (215A series) for this printer. After the colors are WILDLY off.
I've tried multiple settings (even though I never needed to before). I ended up installing the latest driver - it even made it wifi instead of USB, which I did not want, but whatever. Still wildly off. I've "calibrated" multiple times. Powered on and off. Ran a "cleaning page" a few times, all of which come out blank. The diagnostics sheet looks fine to me (although I admit I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for) , and the toner prints fine when I print color blocks of CMYK. But anything that prints still is incredibly off. I can't print labels for my small biz this way.
Please, someone help me. I've been trying everything for over a month. It's a printer and shouldn't require me to have a degree in IT after simply replacing cartridges.
Images are of the diagnostic report. And one with the solid color blocks, how the label used to look (left), and how it's printing now (right)Diagnostics.jpgExample.jpg.
Thank you for any help.

3. The data from the Supplies Page is incorrect!

Recommendation: first complain about the magenta cartridge.
The yellow cartridge may also need to be replaced.

Hello @DizzyLiz42 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for the detailed information.

The printout is still missing: Supplies Status page .
Then we'll see what happens next.

I also don't understand this.... it's printing gradients in a completely different color.
This uses the grey color. It's not a spot color. I can adjust the tint, and it is okay.
Once you make it into a gradient, the color changes when printed.
I also tried with the solid grey, and placed a white gradient over it. It still changed color.
What is happening with this? I've never seen anything like it.Gradient.jpg

Hi @DizzyLiz42

First of all, thank you for the information.
Yes, I understand your questions and also the unusual behavior (colors on the screen and colors on the printout) that you cannot explain.
The important thing now is that the printer prints the colors correctly.
Your printer has a scanner. Print out a diagnostic page again and scan this page with a resolution of 300 dpi. Without changing the original, upload this file: name.jpg here.
Attached you will find an example of an old LaserJet that I reactivated after 4 years.

Here:

This example shows you what the colors (intensity, actual color) should look like.

I suspect that your printer is OK.

Upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size (300dpi) 660 KB or larger.

Kind Regards
Andr-1611

Thank you.
Could you please explain why the supplies page is incorrect? I'm not sure I understand.
I've definitely been going through paper since I installed these new cartridges, trying to fix it.
But I haven't gone through THAT much paper.

I'm probably out the cartridge(s) cost. I've written HP but I'm not holding my breath.

Is the printer still under warranty?
