Despite downloading the latest drivers from HP, I am not able to print anything. It can see the network connection but it won't print anything.

I get the message, " Your Printer needs attention". I have already downloaded the "Print and Scan Doctor", but after the due process, it asked me to restart the PC which I did, but it still didn't respond. I've tried using your manual instructions, but some of the links such as "Internet Protocols", don't appear in my version of Windows 10. I think its the "Enterprise" version.
I've now been to settings and have turned on eprint and it works! Many thanks.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to print anything.
Are you getting any error message while printing?
Meanwhile:
Download and run "Print and Scan doctor" which will resolve this issue.
Download link:- Click here
If the issue persists, assign a manual IP address
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
- Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
- Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
- Click on the radio button which says, “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
- Click on radio button which says, “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
- Restart the printer and then router once done.
Let me know how it goes.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

Following my success in enabling EPrint on my DJ 3634, I switched on again today and the attached error message appeared. The printer can see the router and sll af the communication between the printer and the Pc is positive, but, once again, it does not respond to print commands.

Despite the fact that it can see the router and my home Network, my DJ 3634 still refuses to respond to print commands. I have tried to re-connect the USB cable, but despite making a Windows sound when I connect, the printer doesn't appear as a device when I open My PC.
I am an HP Instant INK customer and although I have retired, I still need my PC and printer for voluntary work. I have received help from HP in the past when they have worked on my PC via remote control. Could this be arranged? I would be grateful for any support you can give me. Thank you, JohnDRoberts
