HI @JAIDEV1959,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP MFP 126nw is stuck in an initializing loop, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for about 60 seconds.
  3. Plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions that could be causing the issue.

3. Reset the Printer

  1. While the printer is on, **press and hold the Cancel and Resume buttons simultaneously for about 5-10 seconds.
  2. Release the buttons and see if it clears the initializing loop.

4. Disconnect USB or Network Cables

  • If connected via USB or network, disconnect the cables and try turning the printer on again.

5. Update Firmware

  • If the printer starts up, check for any firmware updates using the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

6. Perform a Factory Reset (if accessible)

  • If you can access the printer menu, look for a factory reset option to restore default settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
