Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

I have tired to call phone support, they will not help me without a case number. The automated chat will not give me a case number. Writing this thread is my only option. 

 

My printer was working fine until this morning. I run a business, I must be able to use my printer. 

 

When I try to print now, I am getting a message that says "PDE.plugin" will damage your computer and it will not let my bypass the message to print anything. 

 

Please help!
