Recently we changed out the magenta cartridge with a new one, same model, but when we print a document the magenta color does not print properly. The align test and test prints appear normal; however, the magenta color is not printing out correctly and is in turn making other colors not come out correctly, We have already cleaned the printer heads several times and the Self Diagnostic Page appears to say that all the colors are "OK" and at 100%, but nothing is printing correctly. I would greatly appreciate any and all help. Thank you.
