Product: Colour Laser Jet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI I've had magenta ink (only) bleeding/overflowing (?) onto the edge of pages when printing leaving spots up to half a centimeter along the right side of the page, but no error message that the virtual agent can help with. It just gives an error 3000 and goes round in circles. Has anyone else experienced this type of single-colour bleed or got any solutions? Thanks

HP Recommended

99% of single color defects will be cartridge related. Remove the magenta cartridge and examine it closely for toner around the area that corresponds to the printed defect.
