I have a problem with my printer. I get greenish-looking pictures. When I print something that has red, pink, magenta, etc that colour does not show in the printed paper, but instead replaced by another colour like yellow or green. I have already done the ’clean printhead’ process in the setup menu on the printer and I already cleaned the cartridges manually. I bought new ink cartridges from amazon like 4 days ago, but the problem is still there.

To diagnose this issue, print a test page:
-
Load letter, A4, or legal unused plain white paper into the input tray.
-
Touch Setup on the display.
-
Touch Tools.
-
Touch Self-Test Report.

If you find defects on the test page, it may be a hardware issue. Since you have already cleaned the printhead and replaced the cartridges and, I suggest fixing the issue locally or call our tech support regarding upgrade options.
Click on this link – http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
Select the product type.
Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
Select the country from the drop-down.
You should see the HP Support number or Chat option listed. Fill the web-form. A case number and contact number will now populate for you.

I printed out the self test diagnostic page from the printer. All the colours were successfully printed out with no bars or streaks, but magenta and light magenta did not show. It said they were fine and working but they're actually not.this is what it looks like.

This is a hardware issue. I suggest fixing the issue locally or call our tech support regarding upgrade options.
