i think my subject line is self-explanatory.

 

also, i have tried aligning and cleaning the printheads, and have no received a message that all of the cartridges are now low on ink.  EVERY SINGLE ONE is brand new, and i just received the package from Office Depot today of new all new cartridges and all new printheads.  please help.  i have to work from home due to the coronavirus, but now cannot print.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
