Deskjet 2131 all in one

Hello,

I have an deskjet all-in-one printer. Similarly as before I have a question this time regarding margins or a line which is at the bottom or top or even at the sides and PDF printer options.

1) Whenever I am printing from net or from word doc the bottom line will not print (majority times) and sometimes even at side of the pages and  Even at the top. While printing it does show on the screen that how it will be printed but if I print usually bottom of the page or line or matter won't print

I need a solution for this in all ways if its not printing in side or bottom or top

Please help me with the solution

2)If I want to take a print out from PDF my printer name is not present even in search or advanced option. It will sent to one note for printing. So is this is not good for PDF or is there a solution

Please give me the solution for both of the quoestion name as 1 and 2

Welcome to HP Community

I suggest you update the Printer Firmware form this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174550/m...

If needed try reducing the margins in the print settings and check if that helps

Regarding the issue with PDF, I suggest you uninstall Adobe and reinstall the latest version. Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Keep me posted how it goes 😊
