Product: HP LaserJet 2420d Printer
Hello! I recently got a new PC and am running Windows 11 and McAfee. I successfully installed all of our printers and scanners. However, whenever I print to the HP LaserJet 2420d printer, McAfee quarantines a file called hpcEN130.chm. Is this a valid HP file? My job will still print but it is annoying that McAfee keeps quarantining this file. Should I mark it as safe?
UPDATE: chatted with HP and was told that it is just a driver discrepancy because the printer is very old and McAfee is new. So, all is well.
