Status of the printer in the hp smart app says cartridge stuck or not correctly installed but it is not that . Lights twinkling, E of error and number 3 showing on printer as well as the exclamation sign

Check and Reinstall the Cartridges: Even though it seems like the cartridges are properly installed, sometimes they can be slightly misaligned. Open the printer and carefully remove and reinsert the cartridges, making sure they click into place securely.
Reset the Printer: Unplug the printer from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This can sometimes clear minor glitches and reset internal components that may be causing the error.
