ErrorMessage: " Turn the power off and turn on again"   I use an XD Picture Card to download my pictures on to my computer.  Then as they were loading I got this message.  Thinking it was just the power button on printer. Turn it off then on.  It did it again.  Took the card out, thinking it might be card.  Put a new card in and everything was loading up really, really slow. Also, didn't get the error message.  Can you tell me why?

The right most button is the power button.  Press and hold for a second then let to.  The printer should power down.  the same button will start the printer back up.  Powering down then up is what my "power cycle the printer" refers to.

I'm not sure why the download speed would change.  I could speculate, but that won't solve your slow transfer problem.

If you haven't done so I would power cycle both the printer and the computer and see if that resolves the issue.

How is your printer connected to your computer?

My printer is hooked up to the computer with a USB connection.  How do I power cycle the printer?

It worked.  I took some shots and downloaded them into my  computer and everything is working fine. Thank you!
