Product: Officejet pro 8600
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

My officejet pro 8600 printer has a "Memory card error" message on the screen that e "pls remove memory card" but there's no memory card in the printer. Since I can't get the error message to go away, in not able to do anything on my printer. Any suggestions or solutions?
