Hi @Mikhail26,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like the issue might be specific to how your Mac is handling the print job or the printer's memory management from macOS. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

Check Printer Settings:

  • On Printer: Check if there are any specific settings on the printer itself related to memory or print job size. Sometimes there might be options to manage or clear the printer’s memory.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date. Check the HP website for the latest firmware version for your model and follow the instructions for updating.

Use AirPrint:

  • AirPrint: Try using AirPrint if it's available. It often handles print jobs more efficiently and may bypass some of the issues with the printer's built-in drivers.

Adjust Print Settings:

  • Print Quality: Lower the print quality or resolution in the print settings. Sometimes high-resolution settings require more memory.
  • Page Size: Try printing smaller documents or changing the page size settings to see if it affects the outcome.

Clear Printer Queue:

  • Clear Jobs: Make sure there are no stuck or pending print jobs in the printer queue. Clear any jobs from the queue on your Mac.

Reset Printer Settings:

  • Factory Reset: Consider performing a factory reset on the printer, but be aware this will clear all settings and configurations.

Check Printer Driver:

  • Driver Installation: Even though you mentioned a new driver didn’t help, ensure that the driver is compatible with macOS Ventura 13.6.7. Sometimes reinstalling or using a different version can help.

Reinstall Printer on Mac:

  • Remove & Re-add: Remove the printer from your Mac’s list of printers and re-add it. This can sometimes resolve communication issues between the Mac and the printer.

Test with Different User Account:

  • Different Account: Try printing from a different user account on your Mac. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your user profile.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
