Hello,
I have suggest to contant to hp support team. i have few idea you can try this.

If you are unable to access the menu of your HP LaserJet Pro M202dw printer due to a password-protected setting or if the menu is disabled, you can try performing a "Cold Reset" or a "Partial Clean" to reset the printer settings. Please note that a cold reset will restore the printer to its default factory settings, which will remove any customized configurations and settings. Here's how you can do it:

Cold Reset Method:

Step 1: Turn off the printer.

Step 2: Disconnect any cables connected to the printer, except for the power cord.

Step 3: Press and hold the "Resume" or "Cancel" button on the printer control panel.

Step 4: While holding the button, press and hold the "Wireless" button.

Step 5: Continue holding both buttons for about 10-15 seconds or until the Attention light starts blinking.

Step 6: Release the buttons, and the printer will perform a cold reset. It should restore the default settings.

After performing the reset, the printer should revert to its default settings, and any password protection or disabled menu settings should be removed. Keep in mind that you may need to reconfigure the printer, such as setting up the Wi-Fi connection or adjusting other settings, after the reset is complete.

If the issue persists or if you encounter any problems during the reset process, I recommend reaching out to HP support for further assistance or consult the printer's user manual for specific instructions related to your model.
