To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Are you using genuine HP Ink cartridge?
Remove the cartridge and check what will be an error message?
Did you try with the different ink cartridge?
Could you please help me with the error message on the printer screen(English).

This is the first time i bought ink after the ones I got with the printer..I bought them in a store it says hi on them so I think they are.and the message on the screen says to use SETUP catriages that I got with the printer.and I don't have anymore left to change and try with different ones.but it accepted the black colour.only the 3color it doesent accept
