Missing or Failed Printhead 8610

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 8610

There is a persistent missing or failed printhead error after various attempts at restarting the printer. I googled support and one of the options was to update the printer firmware, but I can’t get to the main menu on my printer because of the persistent error on the screen. Help!
