I understand that your HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One printer displays a "missing or damaged cartridge" error, try these steps:
Please try to check the steps below and let me know if this helps.
1. Check Cartridge Seating and Reinstall:
- Open the cartridge access door: The carriage will move to the center of the printer.
- Wait for the carriage to be idle and silent
- Remove all cartridges
- Gently wiggle the cartridge
- Reinstall the cartridges
- Check for protective tape: If you just installed new cartridges, make sure you remove any protective tape
