Product: HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer series - H711
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi, I have a 'HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer series - H711'.

Its showing this error on the printer display 'Missing or failed printhead '. I have tried the solutions posted on this group but it hasn't helped. 

Do any of the experts have any suggestions?

@BP-2020-Jan, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
