Our printer, 6100, keeps showing error message as following.
"Missing or Failed Printhead"
I replaced all 4 Ink cartridges and the symptom does not go away.
I unplugged power cord and wait for 60 second then reconnected power cord.
But no luck.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
