J ai une imprimante hp envy 7143 qui est connectée en wifi sur un routeur proximus.

Mon ordinateur tourne sous Windows 11.

Avec l aide du support HP, nous avons réalisé une réinstallation complète. 

L imprimante est bien reconnue et connectée à  mon modem.

Quand je lance des travaux d impression,  les impressions ne se font pas, pourtant les travaux passent bien par la file d attende de l imprimante. 

L application scan docteur ne détecte pas d erreurs  sauf  que l application a corrigé le port de l imprimante. L impression d un document test donne un résultat négatif. 

Il y aurait une discordance dans les ports !

Les rapports interne de l imprimante s impriment bien ainsi que les documents envoyés par e mail.

Pouvez-vous m aider .
