On each start up, I get new error codes. So far I've received codes 0XB372092E, 0X83C0000A, 0XB8025E30, 0XB055D310 and more. Are there any solutions out there? Is there a place to look these up? Is there a way to either talk or chat with an HP Support Rep if my printer is out of warranty? Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Power resetting the printer, Updating the printer firmware may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps:

Step 1: Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

2. Wait at least 60 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Step 2: Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Follow step 1 from this document.

If the above steps do not help, let us perform a factory reset on the printer.

None of these suggestions work because the printer never fully starts up. Once power is connected it processes for 30-60 seconds then displays an error code. These codes constantly change (as mentioned in the initial post). The printer never connects to wifi and is not available from any device including my MacBook Pro. The cartridge holder is always to the far right and can't slide to changing position near the center. I can remove and replace the color cartridge but can't get to the black cartridge. Nothing appears to be blocking any movement of internal parts. It is simply locked up because it never really starts up. Help, help, help..... thanks
