Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4122 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

PLEASE HELP.

We have the HP Deskjet Plus 4122. the display screen is flashing on and off with a little red light below it, the info light is flashing, the paper light is flashing and the power light is flashing too.

I have an acer chromebook and its just not connecting nor is the printer responding in any way other than turning off and on. 

We have tried multiple ways to reset the printer but still no luck.

Please help me!!!!!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: HP DeskJet 2700, 4100, 4800 Printers - Blinking Lights By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
