Product: HP 6500

Office jet 6500 saying cartridges not found, paper jam and cartridge door won’t close.

there are cartridges stuck on the left side.

i find no paper jam

the cartridge door offers resistance and you don’t hear the snap

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve a paper jam and carriage jam issue.

Also, perform step 1 from this document.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer as this could be a hardware failure.
