I have two ink cartirdges. Both are two weeks old. The color is new, since I've not printed in color until today. And suprise, the blue doesn't print! I've done an alignment. And I've also run the clean process twice. I get a pinkish color, not blue. I pulled out the cartridge and gently wipped the area that ink comes out of, no change. I seen to have nothing but issues with this printer. I bought it in November 2019, and it's been one problem after another. And now I see that a lot of people are having the same blue ink issue. What is wrong with the HP ink cartridges?
