HP Recommended
My CP5225DN is only printing in magenta. When I print a test page or demo page from the printer, the entire background is magenta. I have cleaned it thoroughly, ran all of the calibration and alignments in service, and checked and cleaned the ITB. Nothing seems to fix the issue. If I print a simple B&W document it looks fine. Anything color has a solid magenta background.
