Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Deskjet 2652 is not doing anything. The color light is blinking and both ink bars are flashing. Nothing happens when I push any button on the printer. I have turned it on/off. I have unplugged it while on. I have tried to connect to my laptop to run diagnostic and it comes back that the printer has to be on to diagnose. Help please.

Hi @Jeffdog

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the cartridge error.

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
