HP Envy Photo 7855

My HP Envy Photo 7855 is printing blank pages on whatever I try to print, whether by asking to copy off a direct feed or trying to print something from my email. It prints blank pages.  Any ideas or thoughts would be most appreciated, thanks.

There are a few possible reasons why your ENVY Photo 7855 is printing blank pages.

 

  • Low ink or toner levels: If your ink or toner levels are low, the printer may not be able to print properly. Check your ink or toner levels and replace them if necessary.
  • Clogged print head: If the print head is clogged, the printer may not be able to distribute ink properly, resulting in blank pages. Try running a print head cleaning cycle to clear any blockages.
  • Incorrect paper settings: If the paper settings in the printer driver are incorrect, the printer may be feeding the paper incorrectly, resulting in blank pages. Check that the paper size and type settings in the printer driver match the paper you are using.
  • Driver issues: If the printer driver is outdated or corrupted, the printer may not be able to print properly. Try updating the printer driver to the latest version.
