HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer

I have a new 6065e printer. I set it up through my phone app and it works fine. I have an old Windows 10 desktop and I connected the 6065e with a USB cable. The printer seemed to work fine but lately I've been having an issue.

 

I will try to print through a program like my text editor or even Word and the document will start to print the first four or five lines, then stall. The print head is still working and printing but the page never advances and the job never completes until I push the cancel button. It does this with test pages too. I have the Smart app installed on my desktop but I am looking for a solution.

I went through the process and removed all the HP printer drivers on my desktop, unplugged the USB cable, and restarted my desktop. I plugged in the USB and it installed the drivers including something new for my machine the HP Smart Printing driver. It seems my issue is resolved the Smart Printing inserts itself when I print from other apps.
