My Envy 7640 does not reproduce colors accurately. I went through all the troubleshooting exercises and found that the Magenta block was white. I tried the three steps of self cleaning and even pulled the cartridge out and cleaned it. Still no change. Mind you, this is not via a print request from a computer so the problem is with the printer itself.

I appreciate you trying all the steps this seems like an issue with the cartridge, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region for further assistance.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

It turns out that the problem was with the particular cartridge I was using even though it was new and an HP cartridge. When I changed it out, all the colors were present. I should have tried this first. Oh well.... Many thanks,
