My Envy 7855 Said the alignment failed and will not print in color. I removed and reinstalled the c

We purchased the Envy 7855 about two months ago and are just now setting up, first the alignment failed three times it gave the option to try again later so I tried printing and it will only print black and white, no color. I followed the instructions to rest the printer by disconnecting the power and the cord but when I tried to do the clean the heads the screen does not react the same as the instructions so I cannot clean the heads. Still no color print. What it my next steps.
