My Firmware update is unsuccessful. I have a 8130 series.

My HP Printer 8130 series gives an error message of "Firmware Update unsuccessful". I went to the settings and chose Firmware update, choose auto update. Once I choose auto update, there is a "Next" blue button, but it doesn't work . I press the Next button and nothing happens.
